Fowlers Hotel

The owners went out of their way to make our four-night bank holiday stay feel personal. They shared the history of the place, chatted about the menu, and helped us work out local taxis. Little details like the artwork in reception, breakfast, and evening drinks added to the warm, homely feel. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking the marina, and the west-facing hotel gave us sunset views. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the Cala d’Or strip, while still feeling private and away from the noise. This is one of the nicest family-run hotels I can imagine, with service and attention to detail that made a real difference. Laura and I will be back, and I’d happily recommend it as a place to stay or visit for a drink.

We came to Fowlers often in the 1990s, when our parents, Ray and Sylvia, lived down the road. Alexander was a young man then, around our age, helping his parents and making some seriously vicious cocktails. Today we were here with our now elderly parents, sharing old memories. Jennifer and Alex, thanks for such a lovely stay. We got to try two rooms, and both were great value and comfortable. The hotel’s interior is gorgeous, and breakfast really was a dream. We enjoyed every minute and only wish we’d had more time. It’s a charming, peaceful place for an authentic holiday, and we’ll definitely return. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

We came away feeling rested, which was exactly what we needed. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, with beaches and good places to eat nearby. Our spotless room looked over the marina, with lovely sunset views, and the hotel bar was a nice extra.
