The hotel canceled my paid reservation without telling me and kept the full amount. I was left without accommodation after traveling a long way. Do not book here, there are much better options nearby. I was delayed and arrived later than expected, but the hotel never contacted me to confirm when I’d arrive or warn me the booking would be canceled. Guests shouldn’t have to chase a hotel to protect a reservation they’ve already paid for. A basic message could have prevented this. The booking process didn’t clearly say that arriving later than the scheduled check-in date meant automatic cancellation. In its response, the hotel calls this a “no-show,” but doesn’t address the lack of contact or effort to reach me, or that the policy it refers to wasn’t listed during booking. The hotel’s response is lying, another reason to avoid booking here. Canceling without notice and keeping the payment is unacceptable. If your plans shift even slightly, you may lose your room without warning and without a refund.

Daniel at reception was kind and helpful, and made sure everything was just right. My room was nice and clean, and the location was perfect. I had a wonderful stay. Thanks for the great service and friendly attitude!

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were really clean. We stayed four nights in May and found the staff helpful and communication good. The location was great too, and the rooftop pool was a nice bonus.

The room was clean, suited our stay well, and was easy to get into town from. We also found the staff at Hotel y Apartmentos Dona Lola welcoming and very helpful. After a gas leak meant we couldn't stay at the other place we had booked, they helped us find a room here. We'd come back and stay again.

The room had no outside aspect, and there was only a small splash pool. Still, the staff were really friendly and helpful, which made up for that. My single room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. I was glad to find a fridge, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning, WiFi, body and hair wash, a good shower, mirrors, and decent lighting. You do need to buy the coffee pods. It was a great spot for exploring the old town and Seville sights. Just note that reception, check-in, and the outdoor area are a few yards farther down the street, across the road. That didn't bother me. For a 2-star hotel, I wasn't disappointed.
