Very comfortable place, in an excellent location, and the host was a big help.

A great choice for families, with a helpful, kind owner and an excellent base for exploring Seville. The apartment was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, and otherwise things were fine. Cleanliness was only so-so, about what you’d expect from a superficial glance. We had a minor issue that wasn’t handled properly: after using the ground-floor shower, worms came out of the shower tray, and their carcasses covered the walls.

The only good thing was how close the apartment is to central Seville. We had no privacy at all. People in the common areas could look straight into the living room and kitchen, and the living room sits right behind the reception desk, with windows you can see through from either side. You can actually see the receptionist at her desk from the living room. The kitchen is open too, so people going up and down the stairs stare in as they pass. We’re not animals in a zoo! There were also cockroaches roaming the rooms. It’s an old, renovated building, and keeping original features can be charming, but not at the cost of residents’ comfort. None of this was shown in the website booking photos. I told them what was wrong and asked to move or find another solution, but nothing happened beyond “I’m sorry.” I’m sorry to write this review, but I did warn them. This was so frustrating that I spent time posting my first Google Maps review. Luckily, our stay was short and we were only there to sleep.
