MH Apartments Central Sevilla

The apartment was spotless, and communicating with the staff was easy and efficient. Its location near the Sevilla City Centre and bus station meant we could explore on foot without needing a transport ticket. We did find there wasn’t enough toilet tissue or toiletries. Even so, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The sheets had been changed after we complained, and I could tell they were clean because there was no hair on them. But when we first opened the sofa bed, the pillows had long hairs and beard hair on them. They definitely hadn’t been washed, and even if they had, the hair should’ve been removed. The host sent someone to replace the bedding. The sofa bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on. We didn’t sleep at all the first night, and on the second night we had to sleep upside down to get any rest. The place looked clean when we walked in, but we’re now having breakfast at a brunch place because we couldn’t eat in the condo near dead insects. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine, which sounds handy, but there were no detergent pods or other supplies. We had to buy detergent just to do one load of laundry, and couldn’t wash the dishes because there wasn’t a sponge. It’s unfortunate guests can’t use the equipment that’s there. We were in a first-floor unit near the main entrance and heard every sound in the hallway. People even mistook the hallway light for our doorbell. Pre-check-in and communication were incredibly complicated because there’s no real reception. They asked for a ton of documents and information to supposedly give to the police for every stay. Nobody had ever asked us for that in Spain, but we decided to comply. I’ve travelled with my best friend across more than three countries, and we’ve never had stay problems like this. Avoid at all costs!

Perfect spot, and I really liked the apartment.

The location made getting around easy, though being near bars and restaurants meant some late noise, sometimes until 1-2am on weekends. Entry was simple with key codes at both the building gate and apartment door. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed, and it was really comfortable. You can cast films from a laptop to the TV, and the WiFi password is on the back of the door. There's a small patio outside too.
