The apartment didn’t seem ready when we arrived. The housekeeper was still there and had barely started. Our check-in was at 4pm, and we got there at 3.30pm because the agency had told us the apartment was ready, which clearly wasn’t the case. We left our bags and went to buy groceries so she could finish. We also had to detour 6 minutes from Valencia North station to collect the keys at the agency office, then walk another 10 minutes to the apartment. I asked why the keys weren’t available at the place we were staying, where someone is normally there. The reply was, "we have apartments in many places. Shame

Everything was shut down during COVID, so we couldn’t stay at the property. At first they seemed available and assured us they’d refund us, but it’s been over a year and nothing has come through. Maybe he’s still walking all the way from Valencia... I sent them so many emails. They kept saying the transfer would happen soon, but I believe they deliberately took our money and deceived us. Thieves!

I’m angry that the review system won’t let me give zero stars and makes me choose one. We booked through Booking.com, but COVID meant we couldn’t leave. They confirmed a refund, and it never came. In all my years of booking, I’ve never dealt with people this dishonest. They kept our money and misled us for a year with emails promising it would be refunded. Booking.com was terrible too, leaving us completely on our own despite the scam. Stay away from this property!

We booked before Covid and were told we’d be able to get our reservation back. That didn’t happen. They promised several times that we could rebook or get a refund, but neither came through. Terrible and disappointing experience.

We booked this apartment for 3 nights before Covid, then everything closed. They told us we could use vouchers later or get our money back, but neither happened. For months they kept fooling us. Thieves! Do not book with them.
