I’m especially thankful that the hotel tracked down my Chanel wallet and returned it with all its contents untouched, including my cards and cash. We’d already flown out of France and made it back home, convinced it was gone for good. They found it and kindly mailed it back to us, which I really appreciated. The hotel’s location was great too, with easy strolls through the old town and the lively Presqu’île district just across the river. I’d gladly recommend the hotel.

Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the upgrade gave us separate bedrooms and showers. This quaint hotel is in old Lyon town, close to restaurants, shops, and the sights. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast had plenty of choices, just right before a day of exploring Lyon. We stayed for two nights, November 1-2, and the old city location made it easy to get to the attractions and the river. Our room was roomy, quiet, and comfortable. The staff knew their stuff, were accommodating, and were keen to help with questions or arrangements. Excellent hotel.

The staff were the best part of our stay, especially Annelle, who we particularly liked. The outside looks unassuming, but inside it’s a cute hotel. Our room had a handy extra side room for luggage, and everything worked properly, including the elevator, electricity, towel warmer, and water pressure. The location was exceptional, and having a laundromat five minutes away on foot was really convenient.

A beautiful old building in a perfect spot for visiting lovely Lyon. Our room was huge, with a little living room off to the side and a ceiling window. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’d come back.
