The room was clean and nice, and had a little kitchen.

I’m 18 and a student, and I pay my rent every month on time without trouble. Still, this residence sent me a bill for elevator maintenance because I happened to use it when it got stuck. I didn’t break it or vandalize anything. I was just using it, like everyone else does. When I objected, they calmly told me this kind of “fine” was frequent and normal. The manager said, “When you break something, you pay for it.” But what did I break? The elevator had already been malfunctioning the day before, and a technician had even come out. It broke down, and apparently they decided the last person who used it should pay. That says a lot about how this place is managed: bad faith, contempt, and looking for a scapegoat. It’s easier to charge a student than take responsibility for faulty maintenance. Making tenants pay for technical problems instead of fixing them is absurd. Avoid this residence. They’re funding an absurdity instead of providing housing.

They took €80 from the deposit to clean three white curtains, another €100 over a mattress stain, and €50 for cleaning walls that were almost spotless. If you stay there, be very careful about these things. Have a good day.

For five months I spent the winter freezing, despite asking them to fix the electric heating. Nothing was done, and on top of that I had exorbitant electricity bills to pay. Then I lost my deposit too. I regret booking here, especially after trusting them because I’d previously booked at another residence from the same company. That’s just my personal opinion.
