Ibis Budget Millau Viaduc

The staff were excellent and made a real difference to our stay, especially Aude and Aurelien, who were professional and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there. Well done, Ibis.

Our car broke down, so we booked late at night. The hotel staff helped us find a garage and upgraded us to a bigger room for free. Amazing staff, 10/10.

The reception and breakfast employees were friendly. Breakfast had a good range, including fresh baguettes, waffles, pancakes, fruit, different milks such as soy, oat and dairy, coffee, juices, local cheeses, fruit preserves and dried fruit. Our family room for four felt a bit small, but the linens were clean. There were two bath towels and two shower gel dispensers. The toilet is in the shower room.

For a one-night stay I wasn’t too fussy, and I know it’s a budget hotel, but there are limits. The twin room was okay, though a few basics were missing. There was nowhere to hang clothes properly, and the few hangers they had were awkward. The pillow was tiny, more like a soft cushion, and the bed was about the size of a child’s single. Not one I’d want at home.
