Ibis Paris Grands Boulevards Opera 9th

The staff are the real highlight here. Nour helped us plan metro trips to the sights each morning, and Ryad was always around in the evenings with another great nearby restaurant idea. Everyone at the front desk was so kind. There are restaurants and bakeries all over the area, and the chocolate shop across the street, said to be the oldest in Paris, was lovely too. Our room was much bigger than I expected for Paris, with space to move around even with a big suitcase and a carry-on. You can fill your bottle with free water in the lobby. Such a great hotel, I can’t say enough good things about the team!

The luggage storage worked perfectly before check-in, so we could go explore without worrying about our bags. I also liked the Rubik’s Cube in the lobby, a fun little detail. Tea and coffee were available outside breakfast hours, which felt especially thoughtful after long days walking around. The room was warm, clean, and cozy, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety. The location is handy for public transport and main sights, while still quiet enough to rest. Staff were kind and attentive throughout. Thanks to Rabia and Assista for a lovely breakfast at the ibis restaurant. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.

Rabia at the restaurant deserves a special thanks. The service was warm and courteous, and excellent overall. The location is very convenient too. The rooms are a little small, but I’d still recommend the place.

All 36 of our students enjoyed their stay, and the breakfast was great. Ghani, the front desk manager, was awesome, and there are stores all around in a great location. The beds were comfortable. My only concern was the shower setup, with a step and just a foot of space between the glass and the sink, which made getting in and out awkward. I’d definitely stay here again.
