InterContinental Paris Champs Elysées by IHG

Laurent was professional, kind, and helpful, and his attention to detail made everything run smoothly. I’m very grateful to him and to the team at InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées Étoile for their excellent service and prompt help with my delegations. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making the stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

Late March - April Jérémie, the Concierge, was a huge help with reservations, personally guiding me to Louis Vuitton, and sorting out food delivery when I had a credit card issue. I also appreciated Franck, the Doorman, for his warm welcome, and the Guest Relations and Front Desk Team for a smooth check-in. Laurent and Ismail were attentive throughout my stay. Whenever I went to the desk, the team and Jérémie stood to greet me. It was a simple gesture, but it felt respectful. The hotel’s elegant yet welcoming feel and its location just steps from the Champs-Élysées made it an ideal place to stay. I had a memorable experience at the InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées Etoile, and would gladly return and recommend it.

The service is what I’ll remember, with warm, attentive staff ready to help with recommendations, reservations, or anything needed to keep the stay smooth. They made me feel welcome and valued, with real care and professionalism. The location is hard to beat, just steps from the Champs-Élysées. Shopping, cafes, and walks toward the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and the Seine are all easy to reach. I could experience so much of Paris on foot. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The front desk and Concierge were so helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and help with everything else. As a Diamond Elite, I’d say this is one of the best Intercontinental Hotels globally that I’ve stayed in. A real credit to the brand and its customers. Beautiful breakfast. Perfect.
