We were told our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 11:30 AM, but reception promised they’d contact us and said we’d be happy with it. After lunch, we came back to a lovely surprise: we’d been upgraded to a junior suite that felt like a proper suite, with a separate sitting room, couch, chairs, desk, TV, and complimentary minibar. The bedroom looked onto a leafy courtyard, so it was quiet enough to leave the window open at night. The staff were plentiful and very courteous. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly placed in Le Marais, just minutes from bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. We’ll stay again on a future trip.

It’s not an inexpensive hotel, but it was so worth it. The place is gorgeous, classy, warm, secluded, and quiet, and the front desk and concierge service are beyond compare. My wife and I have stayed here twice, and both visits were wonderful. Can’t wait to return.

The terrace outside is stunning, right off Place des Vosges, and it’s a lovely spot for a glass of fine wine on a sunny day. The hotel and bar are beautiful, with wonderful service. It feels peaceful, tucked away from the busy routes, while the Marais and the heart of one of Paris’s best districts are still right on the doorstep.

The kindest part of our Sunday brunch was the service. Our waitress, along with the welcoming staff member, noticed that we were uncomfortable and offered to move us to another table. She was genuinely caring and professional, and she deserves credit for trying to help. Unfortunately, the meal was hard to enjoy. There was a strong, unpleasant smell from the water glasses, cutlery, and even the table, which made us wonder if things had been cleaned properly. The place felt overrated, and the brunch’s hygiene and quality fell short of what we expected from the hotel. We hope management takes this seriously and improves the standards. The staff deserve a better environment to work in.

My mother and I spent a week at Le Pavillon de la Reine and had a wonderful time. The service was phenomenal, the food was amazing, and you really should have dinner at Anne restaurant. Our room was fantastic and the location couldn’t be beat. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
