Multire Paris XV

The apartment at Paris XV residence was comfortable, and its location worked well for seeing Paris. We had a great stay.

It was easy to explore Paris from here, with the metro station nearby. The room was lovely, clean, and had all the comforts we needed. I'd happily recommend it.

I’ve used Booking.com since early 2013 and never had an issue before. This was an awful experience, especially as we were in Paris for our anniversary. At check-in, the administrator and colleagues couldn’t find our booking in the system. For about an hour they kept apologizing and saying it didn’t exist, before eventually finding it. Then we got to the room and discovered there was no air conditioning. We never book without parking and air conditioning, since those are our two essential requirements. The Booking.com listing clearly said “individual air conditioning in the room.” When I asked the administrator, she said she didn’t know what the website stated, but the hotel had no air conditioning. It was +29° in our room. There was a coffee maker, but no paper filters. I asked the administrator again, and she told us to go to a store and buy them ourselves. Shameful. I’ve never encountered such businesspeople in 11 years. The listing gives false information to Booking.com and they act dishonestly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
