We spent 3 nights at Orion Haussmann during the shopping part of our 10 day Paris holiday, which was for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. It was our first ApartHotel stay, so the idea was pretty new to us. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of Printemps and GLF, and close to 3 metro stations with twice as many metro lines. At night we liked picking up local products at intermarche/monoprix and having late dinners in the room while watching GLF Coupole lit up. A memorable part of the trip, and we'd stay again if we get the chance. The room was huge by Paris standards, with a nice comfy bed and a kitchenette with basic utensils, a hot plate, and microwave. There was a big tub in the bathroom, and it was serviced daily like a hotel. No safe, though. We arrived around 11am, and the polite woman at reception helped with the wifi and gave us an early check-in. It was fine for texts and pictures, less so for videos. We got a good early bird deal on the hotel website. On checkout day, we left our bags in the breakfast room, which probably doubles as a luggage room, while we went for one of our many gastronomic experiences. We came back by 2pm to head to our next destination. We didn't spend most of the day at the hotel, but it suited us well.

Nice little apartment with a microwave and refrigerator. The balcony and view were amazing. It sits right above an amazing cafe with several restaurants and lots of great cuisines. I am international travel blogger GIRL WITH A PASSPORT.

Very bad experience. The rooms weren't clean, and every night there was really loud noise. Nobody came to clean or even change the towels until we wanted to leave the room. They wouldn't even give us an extra hour, we had to leave at 12. Very bad hotel, don't even think about it.

Great location, but book at your own risk. Three days before I arrived, the hotel emailed to say they looked forward to welcoming me to Paris from 13 June 2017. Then, at check-in, the staff seemed surprised and hadn't expected us. The room they gave us was completely unclean: an ironing board and empty soft drink bottle beside the bed, plus an empty water container near the sink. When I complained, they offered a more expensive room, but its window blinds were broken too. Both rooms had stains and a strange smell, and looked nothing like the website presentation. We found them unwelcoming and unacceptable, so we went to another hotel. I sent this to the Sales Manager because I was so disappointed and upset during check-in that we decided to leave. The only good thing was that I got a refund. Otherwise, I was very unhappy with the establishment. That welcome email, followed by being treated as if they weren't expecting us, was bizarre. You've been warned.

The bathroom had a bad smell, and the air conditioner barely worked. The heat was awful. The room wasn't very clean either. Honestly, I think a lot needs to be done for this place to meet qualifying standards. Thank you.
