At night it got noisy, with a lot of drunken people around. Still, the hotel itself is unique, covered in all sorts of drawings by local artists, which we enjoyed looking at. The private parking space a block away was really convenient too.

My room felt a bit scary, though it was a good size. The location is handy, about five minutes from Strasbourg train station and ten from the cathedral and Xmas market. Staff were friendly and helpful, and having an elevator was very important.

This is a distinctive budget hotel, and each room has its own design. You can choose which room to book. If you're taller than 1.62/5"4, though, I'd avoid rooms on the fourth floor or above. I booked a single room and could only sign into the Wi-Fi on one device. For more than one device, you have to ask the front desk. I don't know whether they charge for that. Breakfast at the connected "Hey Mama" didn't seem worth the price: €16 for the full one, or €8.5 for the small option with juice, a hot drink, three pastries, and jams.

My love and I had a really good stay. The location was great, and the reception was very welcoming. When he found out we were Turkish, he brought up Kemal Sunal :)

The family room worked mainly as somewhere to come back and sleep after sightseeing. We stayed one night in mid-June this year, when it was very hot. There was an electric fan, but it wasn't enough for four people, and the room only had one chair, which was inconvenient for us. The location is convenient, close to the station and nearby attractions.
