I think it's a pity this place gets so many negative reviews. It could use some modernising, and getting to either Villefranche or Beaulieu means a bit of a walk. But my room was spacious, clean and comfortable, everything worked, and the cooking facilities and cookware were excellent. The views are amazing, and the location has a lot going for it: it's near a lovely beach and gives access to the two nearby towns and Cap Ferrat. The woman at reception was lovely, polite and helpful. For the price, I think it's great value.

We loved our stay in these apartments. Our place looked out over the sea, and starting the day with coffee and croissants by the pool was lovely. The location worked well for us.

The apartment was a good size and had all the amenities we needed. It’s well placed for walks around Villefranche Sue Mer and Beaulie.

The staff were friendly, and our room had everything we needed. We had a great stay. The best beach in villefranche is only a five-minute walk away, and it’s easy to visit lots of nearby villages from there.

The cafe and pool were both fab, and the view and accommodation were lovely. It wasn’t packed with modern conveniences, but it suited us perfectly and had everything we needed. We loved our stay. The one thing that bothered me was residents claiming sunbeds early, around 8am, with towels and then disappearing for the day. I’d use the pool and head elsewhere, and wouldn’t pay the grumpy residents’ sunbed fees. Aside from that, it was fabulous.
