Joanne was a wonderful host and couldn’t have done more to help us. We stayed for two nights as a family, and the room was huge, very clean, with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice, from cooked options to Continental. We’d definitely stay again.

We were very impressed by the stay. The rooms were quiet, very clean, and right across the street from the zoo. The bus stop for the airport and city center was only a few meters away. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, and the free Wi-Fi was very fast. Joane was wonderful and handled every request right away with a smile. I’d forgotten my European plug adapter, and she kindly helped me immediately. I highly recommend this hotel. Peter
