The fresh breakfast has something for everyone, from continental and cooked options to kippers, and the rooms are as incredible as you’d expect, beautifully preserved. The hotel’s decor is pristine and of a really high standard throughout. Lucas was professional and incredibly attentive. The Bonham is in a beautiful spot, only a 10-minute walk from the centre, making it a perfect base. Thanks to everyone at The Bonham for making our stay perfect. If you fancy a trip to Glasgow, the train is £16 return and takes about 40 minutes.

The Junior Suit worked perfectly for me, my wife and daughter. We had lovely views through the large windows, and the chairs and table were comfortable for a meal we brought back one evening. It was quiet both inside the hotel and in the neighbourhood. The location made it easy to walk to most places, and reception were friendly and able to help with our requests. I wish we’d had more time to try the restaurant or lounge.

The Bonham was our first hotel during a two-week trip around Scotland, and it ended up being our favourite by far. The staff were helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed. Our room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. I’d highly recommend it.

Loved staying at Bonham Hotel. The second-floor views were beautiful, and the elegant decor gave it a lovely, fancy feel. It was stylish but still comfortable, a charming stay we’ll remember. We’d gladly come back. We needed more time to see more of Scotland. ❤️

We had a lovely room with a bay window and a great view of Leith, a delight to relax in after a day out. The Bonham is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well looked after, with interesting, high-quality decor. Staff were lovely and the service was excellent. We ate in the restaurant and ordered from the lounge menu, and both the food and cocktails were excellent. We stayed in March 2026 and will definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay.
