It's a phenomenal place, with super clean rooms and everything well kept. The location is very convenient, with the train station nearby. I also liked seeing a hotel part-owned by a fellow Canadian, reflected in the Scottish and Canadian flags on the building. We'll definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

It's decent, but the biggest downside is hearing every guest through the rooms. We had children above us, and I barely got any sleep.

We booked at the last minute for two nights and arrived late in the evening. Brandi was exceptionally warm and welcoming, quick to respond and proactive about what we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the shower was fine. There isn't food on site, but Brandi pointed out some local restaurants within walking distance. Cutlery is available at reception if you order delivery online. Traffic from the nearby road was audible, but not loud enough to bother us. We had a comfortable stay with good hospitality from the hosts and would highly recommend it.

The beds were memory foam and super comfy, and the room was hot, though they had provided a fan. We could constantly hear traffic and guests downstairs, but that wasn't the owners' fault. Our family room was on the top floor, with lovely views over Fort William. A lovely lady showed us around when we arrived. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, and there were plenty of plug sockets, a TV, a fridge in the wardrobe, lots of towels, and posh tea and coffee. We'd definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you.

The MacLean guest house made getting around easy, whether we wanted the town, the train, or nearby hiking spots. Our room was spotless, and the staff were so friendly. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Fort William.
