I left a designer jumper in one of the apartments before covid. They told me I’d need to pay postage to have it sent back, which was reasonable. But Covid affected the whole world, and I couldn’t get up to glasgow to collect it. Now the boss Daviod says they don’t have my jumper, and that’s basically that. It’s almost impossible to get hold of them, and they’re slower than a slug racing a snail. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I’ll keep chasing it because it cost alot. Unless Daviod’s wearing it himself, I’d be quite surprised.

A handy spot close to lots of landmarks, and the place was clean and tidy. The microwave was broken, which was the only hassle. Otherwise, it was great, and the staff were really friendly.

They cancelled my booking late the night before, claiming they’d made up my credit card payment. I got no notice, and it completely ruined my trip to Glasgow. Don’t use this hotel if you don’t want to be disappointed.

The room was okay, but the kitchen and bathroom weren’t so good.
