We stayed while visiting family. I spoke to two receptionists, Amy and Suzy, and both were really polite at check-in and check-out. They also gave us advice about the restaurant next door. Our room was spacious and clean, with everything my husband, daughter and I needed.

A great stay, and I’d come back. The room was clean, with a good bed, and the staff were helpful, especially susie. Nice food next door, plus Costa and Tesco nearby.

We stopped here for a night on the way to our Devon holiday. The reception staff were lovely, polite and helpful, and the room was clean with free tea and coffee and a good, powerful shower. It’s a nice, quiet hotel, with Tesco, Costa and dominoes pizza across the road. We had the meal deal and enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The pub staff were great too.

This was a fairly typical Premier Inn, on a business park with the usual pub and eatery next door. I stayed two nights for a Cheltenham race meeting. My only real complaint was room 116, which smelled of stale water. The hotel was fully booked when I asked to move, and the receptionist didn’t seem interested. I wasn’t offered anything, and in hindsight I should have asked for a discount. I had to sleep with the window open for both chilly October nights. Apart from that, it was a decent Premier Inn.
