Travelodge Liverpool Central

The location was good, but the fold-out beds and bathroom door that wouldn’t shut made the room a poor standard. I was glad it was only one night. We got up and left.

This was my second stay here, and the second time I’ve had the same problem. At 3:45 in the morning, the cleaner pushed a trolley down the hall with glasses and cups clattering against everything. It was incredibly noisy. Where was the common sense? If you want to sleep, don’t stay here.

The room was spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable thing in it. I got a good price for one night, including free Wi-Fi. It’s a handy spot for getting around, and the staff were polite and helpful.

There’s no restaurant or bar here, so you can’t get a hot breakfast or drinks on site. There are nice pubs across the road and lots of places to eat nearby. Lime Street Station is only a five-minute walk away. It’s a budget Travelodge, but clean and tidy.
