The room was really clean, and the service was good and responsive. They helped with most requests right away or within a couple of minutes. The area is nice, with plenty of good places to eat or visit nearby.

It’s a nice little hotel for a fair price. My room was extremely small, but I was travelling alone and only needed it to sleep, so that was okay. The place seems freshly remodelled: everything was in great shape and even smelled like new construction. The location is my only complaint. There isn’t much of interest nearby and transit isn’t especially close, though it’s not too far either. If you’re elderly or disabled, you’ll probably need to take a taxi from Victoria station.

Thank you for making me feel at home during my 12-night business trip. Coming back each day to a clean room and a comfortable bed was a pleasure. The hallways are exceptionally narrow, so moving around with a large suitcase can be difficult. The hotel also has no water fountain or convenient way to refill bottles. The rooms are extremely small. I booked a King room, but the bed turned out to be a standard double. On my first night I was moved to a basement room without warning, and the hotel only acknowledged and apologized for the switch after I brought it up. They offered £25 for the room difference, with nothing for the inconvenience or poor experience, which made for a very disappointing first impression. Even after I moved to the "King" room, there was barely any difference apart from a little more walking space. If I’d known the actual room size and that the beds were only double-sized, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel for a week-long stay.
