I cancelled a booking made last November for personal reasons, and more than eight months later I’m still waiting for the refund. I've emailed and texted over and over with no reply. I’ve lost count of how many times I called. Usually nobody answers. On the one occasion someone picked up, they told me to message the mobile number. I did within 30 seconds, and I’m still waiting to hear back. Worst hotel company I’ve ever dealt with. I wish this review site let me give them minus stars.
