In the Heart of Mayfair

The apartment was roomy, spotless and in a hard-to-beat spot. The front desk team were so helpful, even pitching in with all our luggage and other needs. Really lovely, thanks so much. Would recommend.

I've been staying here since 2022, and it's one of London's best options for families, with its apartment-style setup. Great location, excellent service and internet. Just be aware that the standard check-in time is 3 PM, so arriving in the morning doesn't mean you can get into your room early. Thanks to all the helpful staff, and especially Naim 🌷.

I stumbled on Mayfair House apartments while trying to find somewhere decent and not too expensive in Mayfair. I wasn't sure what the rooms would be like, but went ahead and booked. By checkout, I knew I'd picked well. The location is incredibly convenient, it's close to just about everything, and it felt very safe for families. The rooms are bigger than the usual London rooms, too. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Yasser, the manager, deserves a special thanks for his excellent service and support on this trip.

For the price, this was nowhere near five-star service. Even four stars feels generous, and the furniture wasn't what I expected. The beds were too small for three adults. We found a mite on arrival, and my allergy kept me from sleeping. I was travelling with a girl with special needs and an older woman who uses a wheelchair, and the accessibility fell short of what we expected. The cleaning wasn't up to standard either. The staff didn't know how to make the beds properly, and dishes and cups were still dirty after going through the dishwasher. They only provide complimentary water, tea and coffee at check-in, whether you're there one night or two weeks. The jet-wash was stressful and difficult for the older woman and the girl with special needs, so we asked to have it changed. We were worried that if it leaked, we'd be blamed, even though the high water pressure in the pipes was the issue and shouldn't be our responsibility. There was also a noisy pub nearby, and we could hear people in the next-door apartment.
