The location is pretty central for transport, and it was okay for one night. But the room was tiny for four people, with very little space to move. Getting in or out with luggage was almost impossible because the two doors open in opposite directions right next to each other. The receptionist wasn’t especially friendly. I’m also not sure the room was properly cleaned as they said, since it looked like they’d only made the beds. It was far too cramped for a longer stay.
A useful way to save money while staying in the city. The rooms are generally small but laid out efficiently, and there’s a kitchenette tucked inside a cupboard with a microwave, sink and hob, so you can cook for yourself. Olympia is very close, which is handy if you’re staying over for an event there.
I stayed one night in a nice, quiet area. The room wasn’t very big, but it had a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and kettle. The bed was really comfortable, and parking and Wi-Fi were free.
Quiet and in a good spot, 0.8 miles from Westfield Mall and very close to Kensington High Street. Both have all kinds of shops, so there’s plenty for shoppers. The place was very quiet and super clean. I gave it 4 stars because my room was small, there was no table for eating, and the ironing board was a travel-sized one rather than a full room board. Everything else was excellent, especially the receptionist at the front desk, who was exceptional and very helpful.
The room was lovely, though a bit small. I’d have given it 5 stars if it had a single bed and desk instead of a double bed with no room for a desk.
