A good choice for a short stay. The rooms are clean and basic, the staff are polite, and breakfast has a continental spread with hot options. It’s easy to get to, near major bus routes and a tube station, with plenty of shops and pubs nearby for a day out.

We stayed for two nights last July and had a really enjoyable time. The room was clean, tidy and nicely decorated, although a little warm and narrower than I’d have liked. Breakfast had a good, well arranged continental selection. Shops and shopping areas are close, and the tube is just down the road. Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve stayed here for a few nights with my girls and have been very happy with the accommodation. The rooms I’ve had were clean and had all the essentials, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a lovely way to finish the stay.

The staff were polite and welcoming, and the bathroom was clean and decent, though it got very warm from the heaters. The room itself was basic but came with extras like a small kitchen, plates and cooking pans. They only left two sugars for the tea and coffee, and although there was Wi-Fi, we weren’t given the password. There was no parking on site, so we had to pay to park on the main road. The so called double bed was two singles pushed together, with an uncomfortable dip in the middle. I don’t think I’d stay again, though I would still recommend it.
