The Fairway Hotel

I really liked the bed, it was exceptionally comfortable, even though the twin/double room was a little compact. King's Cross station is right nearby, which made getting around very convenient. I stayed for three nights and was impressed by the hospitality. I'd gladly come back to London and stay here again.

The single room was tiny, just as the photos suggested, but clean, and I slept very well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was also handy to leave my bag after checkout and collect it later before my evening flight home. The hotel is right by what I think is London's most beautiful railway station, with plenty of Tube lines, pubs, and shops close by. The British Library and its excellent exhibitions are only a few minutes' walk away.

I stayed for the weekend with my mom. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It's close to the station and suits a budget stay. I'd recommend it and would definitely come back if I'm in London again.

Being only a two minute walk from the station was ideal, especially for a night before catching the Eurostar. The room was comfortable and clean, though my bed squeaked badly enough to annoy me during the night. The bathroom is a sort of wet room, and the shower wall and door have seen better days from the moisture, but it was still okay. My main gripe was how easily noise came through the doors. People arriving in the early hours woke me and another couple up.
