The Birchover Residences

The staff were helpful and knew their stuff from the moment I arrived. The lobby felt clean and airy, and the corridors were wide and smelled fine. The room was reasonably comfortable, with an okay shower and a decent mattress. I always find one pillow too few and two too many, though. Breakfast was average hot food wise, while the cold yoghurt and fruit were probably the best part.

We keep coming back here when we stay in Nottingham. It's centrally located, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are reliably clean and have what you need for a short visit, even if they're nothing fancy. Parking is across the street and costs extra, but getting it validated at the hotel brings the price right down.

The team were so helpful when I came in early to arrange balloons for a 60th birthday. They even decorated the room themselves, which was such a lovely surprise. They really went out of their way. Thank you so much.

We weren't sure what to expect, even though we'd stayed in Ibis hotels before. The room was quiet and clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. We're grateful and will definitely return.
