We lost our baby boy around the time of our planned September 2023 stay, so we contacted the owner to explain why we had to cancel. They wouldn’t refund us and instead suggested rebooking in low season. After such a devastating loss, arranging another holiday was nowhere near our minds. It’s now more than a year and a half later and we still haven’t been away. The lack of compassion and understanding was deeply disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic kindness.
