Welcome Holiday Flats

The place was clean and close to the Pier, and the accommodation was good and substantial. But none of the Wi-Fi codes worked. The owner was civil, though not very helpful when we asked for help.

We stayed in apartment 3, which was spacious, and would definitely go again. The rooms are basic, as you’d expect for the price, but we only needed somewhere to sleep and shower. It was clean and tidy, and communication was excellent: we got all the passcode instructions well before arrival. The owner called back when I needed to speak with him and was pleasant and helpful. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the room, and the kitchen, cooker and fridge freezer were lovely and clean. Pets were welcome, which mattered as I had my dog with me. The front and back gardens were lovely and we used them that evening. Parking is limited and first come, first served, but we found a spot without any trouble. It was quite warm in the room, so a fan would have been useful. The Wi-Fi name didn’t show up in the search at all, but that was a minor issue. Thanks for a great stay.

For a budget hotel just a couple of minutes’ walk from central Skegness, this is a good option. The rooms could do with updating, but they were clean and had an ensuite and a fridge. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the owners communicate well.

It felt more like a bedsit than a holiday flat. My mum apparently had a hard mattress and didn’t sleep very well, and the bathroom in my bedroom was tiny. Honestly, this place would work better as a bedsit than a holiday flat! lol😂
