It’s awful trying to get an appointment. They always say to phone at 8.30am, but everyone does, so you end up on hold until there are no appointments left. If you turn up to book in person, they strike you off their list. Dr Shatwell is the only doctor there worth seeing, she’s very good. I’m glad to have nothing to do with the rest of it anymore.
