I recently stopped by Pear Tree Purton to get a proper feel for the different spaces, and it looks even more beautiful in person. The light and layout work so well, with that mix of modern style and countryside charm. For couples who care about atmosphere and want flowers to add something special to the day, there are lots of possibilities here. The Blossom ceremony room in particular could be lovely with romantic, striking florals. I left full of ideas and excited about what I could create for future Pear Tree Purton couples who value guest experience, statement flowers and creativity.

Looking back, our wedding at The Pear Tree really was the perfect day. The surroundings were stunning, the atmosphere felt calm and joyful, and we had everything we hoped for and more. We'd recommend getting married there in a heartbeat. The planning was reassuring and straightforward, from going over prices and booking the venue to sorting every detail. The events team were warm, professional and supportive all the way through, so we felt in safe hands. On the day, everything ran smoothly, with no issues or last-minute worries. The staff were attentive and thoughtful to us as bride and groom, and just as kind to our guests. They also took special care with dietary needs and allergies, and made sure the rooms were well stocked and comfortable. That level of detail made a real difference. We couldn't have asked for better service from the venue, staff and events team.

Our guests are still talking about the food, service and venue. The setting was beautiful and made the celebration feel magical, while the organisation was flawless and the staff stayed friendly, calm and attentive all day. The whole team took care of every detail and went above and beyond. A special thanks to Zee, our wedding coordinator. She made sure everything ran smoothly, was always there with a smile, and kept things relaxed. Knowing she had it handled meant we could enjoy every moment. We had an incredible wedding at The Pear Tree and are so grateful to everyone there for helping make memories we'll cherish. If you want a beautiful venue with a caring team, we couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you for such an amazing day! 🤍

Our November wedding felt like a fairytale, a little pocket in time. The venue is beautiful and doesn't need much decorating. We had fewer than 50 guests, but the space didn't feel empty, and guests quickly approved of the delicious food and generous portions. Everything ran smoothly, like clockwork, and the team were attentive and open to doing things the way we wanted. Lauren, our coordinator, was fantastic whenever we got in touch with a quick silly question. They also have a really good supplier list. We used a couple of those suppliers, and they seem to get on well with the venue. Thank you so much.

On the 16th November 2024, Lee and I had our wedding here. The venue is stunning, and the day went really well. Chris made me feel special from when I first walked in, checked that both Lee and I were okay, and kept everything on time so we weren't stressed. The Prosecco and continental board arrived when they should, the food was amazing, and the service was great. In the evening, the pizza was ready on time and our guests loved it. One service staff member was rude to a few of our guests and abrupt with me, which put a slight downer on the day. We also couldn't take home the unused alcohol, and the continental food was thrown away rather than offered to us. We'd paid for 53 guests but only 40 came, and we didn't get the extra alcohol for those who didn't turn up. I understand people can be absent, but I'm still wondering where the £1000 that wasn't used went. With the prices being quite high, it could have gone behind the bar. The food and wine were lovely, though. Thanks again to Chris, who helped us from the day we viewed the venue. You were amazing and a credit to the pear tree.
