We were left waiting in the rain because they hadn't sent the entry details, and their phone number wasn't working. Once I finally got through, I was told the keys would be in a safe box. I managed to open it, but it was empty. With the flat's owner unavailable to let us in, we had to book another hotel. Awful service. I wouldn't stay here.
