The internet came and went, and it was better on the lower floor. That was the only drawback for me. The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size and very clean, and the Old Tbilisi location made everything walkable. Breakfast had a good spread, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Anna.

Igor at the front desk was super helpful with tips about the city, so ask him if you need information. The room was quiet and clean, and breakfast was simple but kept us going until lunch. The location made it easy to see both old and modern Tbilisi, with the metro and most sights about a 10-minute walk away. The sauna was closed during our stay, though we were busy exploring anyway.

The price felt high for what we got, especially since breakfast was the most disappointing one I had during my 10 days in Georgia. We chose this place specifically to use the sauna, but when we asked, staff said there wasn't one. Looking at the reviews, I wonder if it's only switched on in busy season or is broken half the time. Staff also seemed disengaged and told us nothing about the facilities at check-in. I wouldn't have left this review if it had been the cheapest place I stayed.

We stayed six nights with family and had a room facing the valley with a great view. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and breakfast was very nice. The location was lovely too. I recommend staying here.
