I chose the deluxe double room because I wanted the bathtub, but it was dirty. There wasn’t any toilet paper either, and the TV remote was missing. The room smelled as if people had smoked in it with the windows shut. Even after I left the window open all day, the bed still smelled of cigarettes. I couldn’t get an answer through Booking or WhatsApp.

We needed an affordable place in a good location for the first night, after getting in from the airport late. The hotel turned out better than we expected. The rooms were spacious and clean, the mattress and bed were really good quality, and the location is perfect. I’d recommend it, especially for anyone traveling on a budget.

Sulitzer Residence was a solid place to stay in Tbilisi. Its location was handy for exploring the city, and my room was comfortable and clean. The staff were polite, too. I had a pleasant stay.

The place is great, but they need to send the codes sooner. Checkout is at 11 am, while check-in isn't until after 3 pm, and the codes may not arrive until after 3. You'll be in trouble if you don't have data.
