The view from Chic Hotel Santorini was unbeatable, with gorgeous sunsets right from the hotel, and the location was great for getting to lots of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room every morning, which was really convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the room was refreshed daily, and the service from all the staff made our five-night stay wonderful. The pool area was beautiful, though the water felt a little cold while we were there. There was a leak in the bathroom that left puddles on the floor. It wasn’t ideal, but I didn’t feel I needed to change rooms, and I hope they fix it for future guests. One tip: if the smell from an indoor pool bothers you, the staff are happy to drain it to make your stay more comfortable. I’d definitely come back for the views, service, and location.

Firostefani was the perfect town for our stay. Chic Hotel had an amazing view, great service from the team, and breakfast brought to our balcony every morning. It was perfect, and five stars don’t seem like enough.

The terrace was wonderful during the day, especially at sunset, and the views were fantastic. We went in the low season, when the island was very quiet, but the team gave us good suggestions for places to eat and things to visit. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

A beautiful cave hotel with fantastic views of the sunset and caldera. The staff were friendly, prompt, and always helpful. The service was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

The room’s indoor jacuzzi and the breathtaking views from both the room and hotel made a lovely impression. From the start, a hotel staff member greeted us and carried all our bags. Faye at reception was especially helpful, sharing information and recommendations and arranging our cruise and car hire. The location is perfect, and the service was exceptional. We’d happily stay here on every trip to Santorini.
