Mondrian Hong Kong

We stayed on a lower floor, but the view still felt open rather than boxed in. I imagine the harbour views are nice from higher up. The room’s contemporary style was great, with enough space to open two suitcases comfortably, and the bathroom products felt premium and good quality. The lobby is fairly small, and the general atmosphere is youthful and modern. It’s in a lively bar district right beside East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, so getting around is easy. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I felt welcome and well looked after throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and check-in was smooth. My room was spotless, prepared nicely, and had thoughtful touches. Dining and the other facilities were top-notch. I had a comfortable, enjoyable visit and would recommend the hotel to anyone who values excellent service.

Breakfast was a real highlight. Our Accor status meant it was included, and there was a wide selection, beautifully presented and high quality. The breakfast staff were warm and seemed to care about how our morning was going. What made the stay memorable was how well looked after we felt, especially by housekeeping. The team was flexible, attentive and thoughtful, anticipating what we might need instead of just following a rigid checklist. That kind of care is rare, and they went above and beyond. Mondrian Hong Kong felt like good value for the price, with great views and a vibrant, fun atmosphere. The design is playful and modern, but the hotel still feels comfortable and relaxing. It’s easy to step outside and explore Hong Kong. I left feeling relaxed and appreciated, loved every moment, and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended.

Our four-night, five-day stay was amazing, thanks to the staff’s incredible service. Sam Tan, Jennifer Chui, and Marshia deserve a shout-out. The room was cozy, always neat and tidy, with a great view of the HK skyline. Restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful. From the moment we walked in, the crew made us feel welcome with their warmth and hospitality. The whole stay was superb.
