Xi Hotel

It’s a small hotel without a big lobby, and the rooms aren’t especially large, which is typical for HK, but there was enough space for two people and luggage. It also has amenities that are hard to find in other hotels. The location is handy, near K11 mall and MTR Tsim Sha Sha Stui station. Famous Ichiran Ramen and One Dim Sum are both walkable, so late-night food is easy to find. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed three nights with a group of friends, and even when we ran into a difficult situation, the staff were eager to help without hesitation. Highly recommend.

The building is a bit old, but the room was okay and the location was nice, making everything easy. Our flight was delayed, so I emailed the hotel to say we’d arrive after midnight. They replied promptly and waited for us to check in. Great customer service. Well done, guys, and thank you.

A nice, small hotel that’s not too expensive and is clean. The staff are always pleasant and available to sort out any problems. The rooms could use more light, and there are no drawers or wardrobes, so most of your clothes have to stay in your suitcases.

The customer service was highly responsive, and the staff were very helpful to international travelers. The location is great too, close to an MTR station and within walking distance of malls and avenue of stars. It’s a good fit for couples and families who enjoy evening walks. Highly recommended.
