Winnie was quick and impressive with the service, even though I arrived after midnight, and checked me in straight away. The hostel is clean and feels safe, with a free water dispenser. For someone travelling alone, it's great value. The location is handy too, with the A21 airport bus stopping right outside every 15 minutes.

Nothing fancy, but it may be all you need. Self check-in instructions are easy to follow, the towels are good quality, and the keeper replies on WhatsApp.

The location is perfect, which worked for me since I only used the room to sleep. But there was no hot water one day and no toilet water another day. You can hear other guests through the walls, along with street noise. There is just one lift for 15 floors, so expect a lot of waiting.

Every question I asked was met with a condescending response, and the staff made me feel like my presence was a nuisance from the moment I arrived. Customer service seemed to be an afterthought. I've never experienced such rude, unprofessional treatment. I won't come back, and I'd warn others away unless they're fine with being treated badly.

The room was clean and had no odor. The location is good for the price, and the contact person was approachable.
