Nathan Hotel

The room upgrade from smart to Nathan was a nice surprise, especially since I checked in very late. Check-in itself was smooth. The room was spacious, and both the bed and sofas were comfortable. I was impressed by how thoroughly the employees cleaned everything, especially the towels, which were crisp and very white. The location is strategic, with shops and local eateries all around, a 7-11 on the next corner, and walking, bus, and metro options close by. The airport bus stops are just a few steps away. Great value, and I’d recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was the weak point: the options were limited, service felt rushed, and the room had the feel of a large group tour banquet. The breakfast staff seemed very nonchalant. Aside from that, the rest of the hotel staff were courteous and welcoming. We were a family of three visiting in December 2025. The hotel is well located within walking distance of the metro, with a good number of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Our room was neat and clean, and housekeeping was spot on.

The location was super convenient, with McDonald’s, Starbucks, and lots of other options right outside, plus a bus stop just steps away. We got early check-in and a complimentary upgrade, a lovely surprise. The room was extremely clean, and everything from the hotel to the service felt flawless. No issues at all. A 10/10 stay, loved every bit of it!

We spent 5 days and 4 nights in Room 706. We’d chosen it for the smart TV, bathtub, and big bed, then got a complimentary upgrade to a king-sized bed, which we really appreciated. The room was surprisingly spacious by Hong Kong standards and comfortable for the two of us. The bed was cozy, and the bathtub’s glass panel gave the modern design a more open feel. Reception staff were friendly and spoke English well, so Cantonese isn’t necessary. Housekeeping respected our Do Not Disturb sign and left a note under the door with a number to call for fresh towels or water replacement. The room was a little dusty, and one night cigarette smell drifted in from the corridor. We told reception, and they quickly sent housekeeping with an air purifier and spray. It wasn’t ideal, but they handled it professionally and sorted it out. Despite those minor issues, we had a comfortable, pleasant stay and would consider returning.
