We liked how easy check-in and checkout were, and the staff were efficient and polite. The concierge was efficient too, and housekeeping cleaned promptly and well. Our city-view room stayed quiet, and everything worked apart from the charging sockets. But it felt small, with tiny single beds, barely any bathroom space for toiletries, and very small bedside tables. The USB and Type-C charging outlets didn’t work, so we had to borrow several adaptors. We also couldn’t dim the lights, they were either all on or all off, and there was no bidet or shower attached to the toilet. Breakfast was decent enough for a few days, though average, with limited cold cuts and no salmon. The dining room was crowded, but the staff managed things well and we didn’t wait long in line. We stayed three nights at the end of January 2026. The location was excellent, close to Tsim Sha Tsui station, Nathan Road, and the waterfront facing Hong Kong Island. For the price, the room and breakfast didn’t feel like five-star quality, though I guess that’s Hong Kong.

The view of Victoria Harbour at night was unforgettable, all those neon lights. It’s the best view I’ve ever had, and the location was perfect. The price seemed fair for Hong Kong, too. The room was on the small side, especially the bathroom, where there was hardly anywhere to put toiletries by the sink. The king-size bed was comfortable, though, and that was the only reason I took a star off. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have universal outlets as I’d read, and we hadn’t brought socket adaptors, but they lent us some for the whole stay. After checkout we had a few hours before leaving, and when I asked where we could change, they gave us a voucher for the spa and health area so we could change and shower. That was so thoughtful. I skipped breakfast because there are so many great cha chaan tengs nearby, so I can’t comment on it. The only thing that could be better is the staff’s English. Sometimes it took real concentration to understand each other, and they had trouble understanding us too. Everything else was great, and I’d recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff were all helpful. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, with a great view of Victoria Harbour’s light and sound show. We got complimentary snacks and two mocktails, but the snack selection was the same each day, so the food menu could use some changes. The rooms were spacious, and the Sheraton felt luxurious. Best of all, you can walk straight to Victoria Harbour and the museums, and the metro connections are good too. A great place to stay in Hong Kong.

The staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The location was very convenient too, with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets all within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay and no regrets. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

We spent three nights here just before Christmas and had a great time. The hotel is across the street from The Peninsula hotel, which I was told is very high end. We didn’t go inside, but could see upscale stores like Chanel on its ground floor. Plenty of places are within walking distance, and the rooftop bar has a lovely harbor view. My one complaint is the shower door. It only covers half the opening and swings out, so water splashed outside. Also, we should have looked into the Christmas Eve road closures beforehand. Many roads were blocked, and what should have been a short walk to a restaurant on the next block took us 30 minutes because we had to go around the closures. The hotel’s in a prime spot near the harbor, though, and I’d stay here again if I return to Hong Kong.
