A nice apartment and a good host.
10/10
The beaches we liked best were about a 15-20-minute drive away, since the ones in Opatija are very small. We drove, so the steep walk down to the beach from the house wasn't an issue for us. Parking is free near the house, and there's a barbecue area on site. The host was very welcoming and speaks several languages.

Getting up the mountain is quite a climb, and sadly the sea view isn't very good.

It's a bit of a distance from the sea, but that does make it quiet. 👍

Really comfortable place. I'd recommend it.
