Cortile Budapest Hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We were heading out early, and they even offered to let us come to breakfast a bit earlier before our flight. The hotel was really nice and clean, and breakfast was great. The sky pool has a bar, sauna and an outdoor dome where you can enjoy the view. We only stayed three nights, but we’d definitely come back. Great location too.

Most of the attractions we visited were an easy walk away, with plenty of shops, bars and places to eat nearby. Our modern room was great, the staff were lovely, and everything was exceptionally clean. The rooftop pool was pretty cool too. 👌🏽👌🏽

The staff were professional, polite and kind, and breakfast had everything I needed, with a few changes each morning. I stayed in an Apartment Junior, a very spacious room with all the necessary amenities and more. The rooftop pool was lovely for a swim or a bit of relaxing. If you go right when it opens at 6:00 AM, there’s a good chance you’ll have it to yourself. It’s a quiet, safe adults-only hotel, close to everything, and I’ll gladly return.

We had a really good stay and were happy with our choice. The neighborhood and street were quiet, so we slept well without noise. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, tasty and vegetarian-friendly. I’d come back just for that. The bed was a comfortable balance for me, since hotel beds are usually too hard, and my boyfriend enjoyed the transparent shower. The administrators were friendly and polite, helping with lots of things. We’d forgotten a charger at our previous hotel, and they let us charge our power banks a few times. After checkout, they also stored our luggage for a few extra hours, and helped with everything we asked. I liked the small eco-friendly touches in the room, though I’d still have preferred bottled water, and there were no bathrobes when we arrived. The spa sauna was too small for more than two people at a time and seemed poorly built: cold air came in around your knees, so everything felt hot except your legs. The spa staff were very nice and polite, and the pool was nice too. I’m not sure why it wasn’t busier, with so few people there in January, but I think it’s worth booking.
