We were offered an attic apartment with roof windows facing shabby rooftops instead of the city-view room we had booked. The hotel tried to present it as the same standard, but it was far below what we'd expected and paid for. It was also unsuitable and felt unsafe. The apartment was about 400 meters from the original hotel, in very different conditions. What's more, rooms at the hotel were still showing as available on Booking from the following day, which made us feel we'd been deliberately misled. We booked a week in advance, then at 1:00 in the morning on our arrival day were told our room wasn't available. All the communication was through WhatsApp, and Booking hadn't been told about the change. The owners were frustratingly hard to reach, replying only after 10 hours, and their answers were vague while they ignored our requests to clarify. The hotel made no real effort to take responsibility or find a suitable solution. Being left without proper accommodation at the last minute was extremely stressful. We expect the reservation service and the hotel to investigate this and be held accountable.

Reza was so kind, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms were spotless, cozy, and really comfortable. We loved being a little away from the busiest tourist spots while still being able to walk everywhere we needed. The only small issue was the building entrance and the stairs up three floors to the hotel. The building's garbage bins can leave an unpleasant smell there, though the team is already working with building management on it. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

The room was really clean and had everything we needed. We weren't happy with it on the first day because of some circumstances, but the staff responded right away and moved us to a superior room. They were great about our comments and very responsive. Great location too, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The room itself was modern, quiet, and very clean, with a strong AC that was welcome in the hot weather. It wasn't especially large, but it worked well for us and had a fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the women who looked after us were sweet, respectful, and accommodating. Tima was especially lovely. The building could use some care, and its elevator was a bit of a nightmare. There's no sign showing the hotel is there, though the WhatsApp messages helped us find it. It's close to Fashion Street and public transport, so you can walk or take transit around. Breakfast was included in our package at a nearby cafe, not at the hotel. It was good, though nothing special, and convenient since it's next to the train. We got a discounted rate booking online, so it felt worth it. The rooms, service, and hotel location were 5/5, though the building and sketchy elevator took away from the experience. Still, it's central, clean, and friendly, and I'd stay again.

Azar was so thoughtful, patient, and diligent. I booked the wrong dates without a refund option, and she changed them for me, then offered a room at a very affordable price. We haven't even arrived yet, and I'm already impressed. This place deserves my best review.
