The room felt dusty, my skin got itchy, and after two days I had a bad cough. The food selection was also limited, so I went elsewhere for breakfast. Other hotels in the same price range have better variety than Holiday Inn Express IHG. The hotel's location is handy, but I wouldn't return or recommend it because some staff, especially security, didn't seem to handle the job properly. They chatted while visitors came and went instead of helping manage traffic. A laundry truck was left in the car entrance, blocking visitors from getting into the basement parking. Unbelievable. The restaurant's iMac and printer were genuinely useful. I'm leaving an honest review in the hope this hotel improves its facilities and security staff skills.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the restaurant staff were friendly and happy to accommodate requests. The reception team were extremely helpful any time of day or night. I can highly recommend this hotel!

The street is busy, but it's convenient for the airport, shops and restaurants, and there's a very nice spa across the road. Inside, the rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and good quality bedding. Breakfast had an excellent range, and the staff were pleasant, polite and efficient. I'd stay again.

For a short, practical stay, this is a decent option, especially if you have an early flight. Being close to the airport is a real plus. The room wasn't especially large, but it was clean and well kept, in line with what I expect from IHG. Breakfast was pretty basic. They might want to leave coconut oil out of the baked goods to suit a broader range of international tastes.

The toilet was filthy, and there were insects in my room, including mosquitoes and a rove beetle, which is extremely dangerous. It felt unhygienic and like nobody had properly checked the room before I arrived. Completely unacceptable.
