The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

Yurika and Ivan made us feel welcome before we even arrived. Yurika helped with restaurant reservations, the birthday celebration, and our room arrangements, and it was lovely to see her greet us personally at the restaurant during our stay. Our villa was stunning and the birthday decorations made the occasion feel special. Darma, our butler, took exceptional care of us. He arranged activities smoothly, coordinated buggy service efficiently, and made everything feel effortless. The personalized checkout was thoughtful, and we appreciated the lovely gift he prepared. The authentic Indonesian restaurant was a highlight. The Balinese food was delicious, and the nighttime view of the full moon was magical. Kezia, Rossi, and Leony were warm and attentive, making the meal even more memorable. The pool was beautifully designed and the beach service quick and attentive. The resort gave us the luxurious but relaxing Bali experience we wanted. Breakfast at Senses could use stronger air conditioning during busy hours. Still, our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bali exceeded all expectations, and we hope to return for longer.

Rosel’s attention to detail and friendly energy made a real difference, and I want to thank her for that. The service throughout my stay was what made it feel special. From arrival, everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they went out of their way to make things feel just right. The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is a beautiful property, and the people made the experience even better.

The resort’s setting and food were lovely, and I especially liked seeing the occasional cute monkey wander by. There were no mosquitoes, despite the tropical surroundings, which I really appreciated. I’m a frequent Marriott Bonvoy member and have stayed at properties around the world, but this visit exceeded my expectations. The staff were wonderfully helpful, including when they arranged a surprise for my partner.

The butler service was such a treat, and the team took great care of us in the villa. Pak Pande gave us a warm welcome and looked after us during the stay. Pak Damar made sure checkout went smoothly, and thanks to Pak Jojo for the paragliding suggestion, we tried it and had so much fun. Pak Hadi and the rest of the butler team were great too. We spent four nights in a one-bedroom garden villa with a private pool. It was beautiful and spacious, with a huge super king bed, lovely linens and toiletries, and a quiet, wonderful atmosphere. The staff were nice and professional. We had an unforgettable stay at Ritz and will come back!
