One Eleven Retreat

One Eleven was a lovely place to celebrate my birthday. My villa was even more beautiful in person, quiet, spacious, immaculate, and completely private. The design felt both thoughtful and luxurious. It was also convenient, just a few minutes by bike from Seminyak Village, and I walked there too when I had time. The beach was close as well. The team made the stay feel personal, with everyone so warm and eager to help. The floating flowers were spectacular, and having the staff sing happy birthday during breakfast was such a sweet moment. I loved having full privacy while still feeling looked after. I’d absolutely return and recommend One Eleven to anyone wanting a special villa in Seminyak.

We appreciated the in-villa breakfast each morning and the warmth and effort of the kitchen team, even though we didn’t catch everyone’s name. Mira at reception was kind, and another team member gave us a warm welcome whose name we missed. Our butlers, Udin, Yuyu, Anom, Dwi, and one more whose name we didn't catch, were courteous and helpful throughout. The spa was a highlight. Butu and Dani gave us some of the best massages we’ve had, truly exceptional. We stayed at One Eleven for our honeymoon and loved the calm, minimal design and quiet, private setting of the pool villa. Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay special. We felt completely looked after from check-in onward. The staff were discreet but always attentive, and when my husband fell sick, they quickly arranged for a doctor to come to the villa. They even checked on him the next day. We’re grateful for that kindness and care. The villa felt like our own sanctuary, peaceful and private despite being in central Seminyak, and it felt very safe. The complimentary shuttle made getting around the area easy and stress-free. One Eleven is luxurious, but also thoughtful and human. Just the kind of place for a genuinely restful escape.

The staff’s kindness and professionalism stood out throughout our four-night honeymoon. When I asked Anom why everyone was so kind, he explained that Balinese believe in karma: do good for others and good comes back to you. That felt like a perfect description of our stay. Thanks especially to Yuyu, Angel, Mira, and the security team. The villa was spacious and well kept, with good AC and storage, and a clean, beautiful pool. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly prepared dishes. I loved the mie goreng. Complimentary airport transport was useful, including a late drop-off for our 1 AM flight. Longer stays also get a free shuttle around Seminyak. A couple of practical things: arrange transport ahead of time through Agoda or email. Water pressure may vary, but it wasn't a major issue. The toiletries are a distinctive branded type, so bring your own if you're particular about them. A peaceful, well-run retreat that I’d highly recommend to couples.
