The pool was a lovely place to spend time, and we ended up hanging out at the pool bar a lot. The staff were genuinely welcoming, and the room stayed spotless, with fresh towels and sheets every day. Solterra Seminyak is only about a 10-minute walk from the beach, and there’s plenty nearby, including 24-hour convenience stores for late-night snacks or forgotten essentials. You’re close to the action without the noise. We had a great week here, and it’s become a favourite reliable spot for me. I know what to expect and would happily stay again.

The rooms were spotless, and I loved the comfortable beds, quality linens, and pillows. Even as a picky sleeper, I slept well. The pools were beautiful and well looked after, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. Complimentary luggage storage also made our travel plans easier. What made the stay feel so relaxing was the team’s warmth and attentiveness. Everyone, from reception to the dining room and bar, was friendly, helpful, and smiling. Esti, Tania, and Arif were especially kind and professional. I didn’t learn everyone’s name, but we’ll be back in a few weeks and I’ll try to remember them then. The hospitality was second to none. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were always kind and cheerful, and the breakfast omelette was good. Breakfast might get a little repetitive, but it kept me full, so I can’t complain much. The two pools were a plus, with a big one for families and a smaller one with more shade, which suited us gingers. I booked at the last minute and was glad I did. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Just remember to close the bathroom blinds, or the early sun might wake you. Getting to a couple of busy bar and restaurant areas takes a bit of effort since there aren’t shortcuts, so you may need a bike or to go on foot. I’d come back.

The spa was a highlight, and I enjoyed the lovely pool area and tasty food, including the room service. My room at Solterra Seminyak was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making for a wonderful stay in Bali. I’d recommend it.
