Villa Alleira - 5 Bedroom Villa in Centre Location of Seminyak

We came back for a second stay and loved it. Villa Alleira has a great location, spacious bedrooms, and a good-sized pool. Ina was friendly and helpful. A couple of the toilets did have trouble flushing, though.

Everything we needed was there, and our stay at Villa Alleira was wonderful. The cleaners were fantastic and made the trip even better. I’d definitely recommend it.

Ibu Inna made the service a real highlight. She helped with everything we asked for and kept smiling even while we dealt with the water problem. A big thank you, Inna, it was a pleasure working with you. She’s a gem. The location is excellent, just a one-minute walk from Kayu Aya, also known as the famous Oberoi Street. Still, we wouldn’t choose this villa again on our next Bali trip. The advertised photos are out of date, and the facilities feel old and need quite a few small renovations. The wooden flooring around the pool needs fixing, there aren’t enough power outlets in the rooms so we had to bring our own extenders, and the TVs are so small that movies are barely watchable, especially for rooms this spacious. The bathroom also needs an upgrade. The shower is old, and the toilet worked only sometimes. The bathroom is large, but at the current market price, it really needs a major refresh.

Ina, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. The villa is in a prime spot near Seminyak Village, but still quiet. A convenience store and bike rental shop are right at the entrance, and the clothing shops are just a few steps away.
