I booked through Agoda, which lists air conditioning in the standard room. There wasn’t any, and they asked me to pay an extra 50k rp. to move to an AC room. I left and requested a refund through Agoda. I don’t know if this was intentional, but don’t pay extra or you may be playing their game.
A really nice place, and the host was friendly.
